Q: Why is the network speed not ideal when I test this network card on my device? What could be the reason?

    A:

1、Check if the Ethernet cable is Cat6 or Cat7.

2、Ensure the driver is up to date. You can download the latest driver from http://www.mmui.com.cn/data/upload/image/AQC113.zip./

3、Verify if the network settings have Jumbo Frames enabled.

4、Confirm that the switch or gateway device supports 10G speeds.

5、Ensure the test hard drive uses NVMe protocol (the read speed of the hard drive should exceed the network transfer speed).

6、When using iperf3 for testing with Jumbo Frames enabled, use multi-threaded mode.

7、In Windows, check if the network card is set to 10G. You can set the network card speed by right-clicking on "This PC" → Manage → Device Manager → Network Adapters, right-click on the corresponding device, select Properties → Advanced → Speed and Duplex → Value.

Q: Does this network card support domestic operating systems? Do I need drivers? How do I install the drivers?

A: Linux systems are generally driver-free. However, you can also install the latest drivers. The installation method is as follows:

1.Download the 113linux driver from the official website and extract it to your computer.

2.Open the extracted folder and further decompress the driver files

3.Open the decompressed folder and right-click to open the terminal.

4.Enter root mode and type make.

5.After entering the command make, a driver file with the .ko extension will be generated

6.Enter the command to install the driver. sudo make install

7.To check if the driver is installed successfully, enter the following command: /lib/modules/`uname -r`/aquantia/atlantic.ko

Q: Is there a longer version of the cable for this M.2 10G network card?

A: Currently, the cable is only 30cm long. Note that the cable is a consumable item, and pulling it forcefully may affect the speed.

Q: What kind of slot on the motherboard is required for this card?

A: This card uses a B+M key and requires a motherboard slot that supports NVMe.
